    Know the Cancellations Policy at Jovial mart

    You are allowed to cancel your order till the respective product is not dispatched from Jovial Mart warehouse. You can call our customer support executive anytime to know the status of product whether it is shipped or not. If you got to know from the support staff that your product is not yet shipped then you are free to cancel it at the same moment. But, in case the product is forwarded to your local destination then we are sorry to say that your product will not be able to cancel.

    In case, you cancel the product on-time then your paid amount will be credited to your Jovial Mart account declaring it as cash back. So, your hard-earned money is completely safe and secure at Jovial Mart.

    Is it possible after placing my order, can I change my order?

    Yes for sure, you can change your order’s size, color or shipping address feasibly just by contacting our customer support executive at jovialmart@gmail.com. This can only be done if you contact our support team before the product is processed from our side.

    I cancelled my order, please let me know when will I receive my paid amount?

    In case, you cancel your order then 20% of the total amount of product will be deducted and the rest amount will credited into your account within 15 days for sure. Product has to be sent through customer end, Jovial Mart is not liable on courier charges on customer returns.

    At the moment you cancel your order, within 15 days your hard-earned money will be credited to your Jovial Mart account for the payment which are done by using Credit Card, Net Banking, EMI or Debit Card. If any coupons are used then that will also be returned to your account. Any customer can place return request within 15 days the day they received the product. For return customer has to bear all the courier charges to sent product back to us once we receive the product after quality inspection if we found the product in good condition then after 20% deduction of the purchasing amount will be deducted and rest of the amount is credited to the customer within 15 days.

    If your order is chosen by cash on delivery then no amount will be returned as you have not paid amount for your order. In case you made payment using Debit Cards, Credit Cards, EMI or Net Banking and like to get your money back to your bank account then please contact our customer support team for the same, they will resolve your query.


    What is the Return Policy of Jovialmart.com?

     At Jovial Mart, we endeavor to bestow you a great shopping experience with us, however in our return policy, please note that we have already mentioned the respective warranty on the product pages on jovialmart.com. In case any customer does not like the product then in that case he/she has to send the product to our hub and after checking the product if we find product in good condition with complete labels/tags then he/she get their refund with the deduction of 20% of total amount and the money will be transferred within 15 days from the date when we receive the product. Company is not liable of any courier fees regarding returns by customer end.

    You can see the warranty duration on the product page itself, in case if you are not finding out the warranty on the product page then it is very clear that particular product is not under warranty.

    During transportation in case the product get damage then our company will not bear to replace that respective product, whether that particular product is in warranty or not.

    In case, in the warranty period, you need to replace or repair the product then we need to clear that the shipping charges for sending the product at our ware house and then receiving it from our end will be payable by you only, however company only bear the cost for replacing or repairing the damage of your product. 

    Company can replace the product if you find any damage in between the warranty period but if you need to return the product and need your money back then it is not possible.
